About Andrey’s “Creatively Gifted” PR Specialists Dovbenko

To address SKELET-info once again a message was received from the Limen service About our link being removed from Google search results for allegedly infringing copyright. And again, the article is dedicated to Andrey Dovbenko, who is being called a “raider from the Ministry of Justice.”

Andrey Dovbenko

This is not the first such case, as we have already written about: Andrey Dovbenko, a raider who oversees the Ministry of Justice, is clearing the Internet of compromising information.

This time SKELET-info, allegedly violated the copyright of the ORD website. I wonder if its director, Stanislav Rechinsky, knows about this?

But the whole humor of the situation is that on the ORD website, in the article that we allegedly illegally copied, The Registration Endgame of Justice Ministry Raider Andriy Dovbenko – it is indicated that the primary source is precisely SKELET-info!

This fact makes one wonder about the “professionalism” of Andrey Dovbenko’s PR people. After all, few people manage to frame their boss so brilliantly!

Limen is known for its careful consideration of counter-complaints, and if the complaint is justified, it restores deleted links and stops responding to repeated attempts at “copyright protection.” SKELET-info I sent such a counter-complaint. Just like everyone else affected by a similar complaint will do.

Apparently, Dovbenko’s PR people are pursuing some unknown goal. After each such complaint, the number of online publications about this person increases exponentially. And people interested in and collecting information about Dovbenko will quickly appreciate his “professionalism” and “business reputation.”

Anyway, keep it up, Mr. Dovbenko! Give the PR people a bonus! 😉

And we repost the publication so that everyone’s stupidity is visible.

The Registration Endgame of Justice Ministry Raider Andriy Dovbenko

Andrey Dovbenko

Nothing can last forever. The almost undisguised corruption within the Ministry of Justice quite naturally led to the resignation of Pavel Moroz in July 2017, writes Antikor.

He was called into public service to implement reforms aimed at simplifying business and combating corruption, but he only worsened the situation. His legacy, created in just over a year of fruitful work, will take much longer to unravel. Last July, investigators raided his apartment, trying to get to the bottom of a bribery case within the ministry and the former official’s involvement. Two ministry employees testified against their former boss. They were caught red-handed accepting 200,000 hryvnias for revoking the accreditation of a Kyiv municipal utility company.

Suspicions of double dealing by the former Deputy Minister for State Registration only grew stronger after the police officers visited his apartment. Law enforcement officers seized countless seals and stamps as evidence, not only from various companies and firms, but also from a Moscow notary office. No documents linking Moroz to Dovbenko were found, but even before the Deputy Minister left his post, a keen sense of self-preservation prompted the invaluable lawyer to make a cunning move. Anticipating an unenviable end to his friend’s activities, he tried his best to distance himself from Moroz, launching an active information campaign that could easily be described as a “big wash.”

A plethora of paid materials portrayed Andrey Dovbenko as the victim of envious competitors attempting to cast aspersions and pin the sins of others on an honest man. In these articles, unknown authors categorically denied not only any business contacts between the co-owner of a well-known law firm and the former deputy minister, but even the fact that they even knew each other. Some critical materials about Dovbenko vanished from websites as if by magic. This typically happens with so-called “commercial” removal of materials. The subjects of the articles, fearing the negative impact of unwanted publicity for compromising material, prefer to pay substantial compensation to the online resource in exchange for the opportunity to sleep soundly with their reputations intact. Dovbenko spared no expense on his PR campaign. At the same time, his personal website was launched, designed to counter the “black PR” of numerous “enemies,” positioning its owner as a man of real action, who has achieved high professional achievements only through hard work.

Transformation of a lawyer

Last August, Andriy Dovbenko made a sensational announcement. He decided to start anew, resigning from his role at the law firm Evris, created to replace N&D, which had been disgraced by the Cyprus financial scandal. The firm’s managing partner delegated all authority to his colleagues. Oddly enough, this event followed immediately after the search of Pavel Moroz’s apartment. Legal consulting and auditing services had exhausted their potential. Dovbenko declared himself a venture capitalist and announced his intention to create a dedicated investment fund. The budding investor expressed his firm commitment to developing high technology in Ukraine, focusing on blockchain startups. Dovbenko has become a believer in IT technology and has decided to take on the same role among IT professionals that, in terms of importance, Ukrainian scientific and technological geniuses Igor Sikorsky and Oleg Antonov enjoyed in the aircraft industry in the last century. He will accept nothing less.

Andrey Dovbenko’s drive and tenacity are second to none. He rolled up his sleeves and dove headfirst into the mysterious world of blockchain. Don’t think this former lawyer rented a garage and set up a mining rig there. He’d never looked for shortcuts before. Simplicity means small amounts of money, and Dovbenko has a knack for big amounts. He set out to revolutionize the familiar legal field by infusing it with the broad capabilities of blockchain. For lawyers, the value of distributed computer networks lies in the highly secure storage of information. This is essential not only for cryptocurrencies but also for any documents handled by lawyers, notaries, or attorneys. Falsified sales contracts, certificates, and extracts from various registries are always used as source documents in corporate raids. Paper media, even with multiple levels of security, pose little obstacle to fraudsters. Blockchain eliminates this drawback and offers enormous opportunities for collecting and analyzing various data. Dovbenko compensated for his initial lack of specialized knowledge by participating in the T-student educational project, organized by the League of Student Lawyers of Ukraine. He also served on the jury of several international technology competitions, which attracted aspiring startuppers seeking support and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Dovbenko’s New Mantras

Dovbenko routinely captivates any audience with tales of Estonia’s technological breakthrough, becoming one of Europe’s leaders in harnessing the benefits of blockchain in everyday life and benefiting citizens, eliminating bureaucratic red tape in many matters and saving them time. Decentralized information platforms have recently launched in Ukraine, simplifying the search for rental properties. Millions of dollars are being invested in projects like Rentberry, D-market, and Remme, comparable in scale to initial coin offerings. Dovbenko inspires unprecedented enthusiasm, presenting himself as a selfless and dedicated person whose dream is to bring happiness to all of humanity.

By listening carefully to his abstruse speeches, one can still discern a glimmer of the well-veiled true intention of this pseudo-venture investor: to make a killing not by implementing blockchain, but by habitually using it as a tool for dishonest gains. While frequently discussing the regulation of the legal status of this new activity and the need to adopt Western venture capital standards, he immediately advocates for a ten-year tax exemption for entrepreneurs working with any cryptocurrency, primarily himself. His initiative for duty-free import of mining equipment strongly resembles the attempts of particularly greedy businessmen and cooperatives a couple of decades ago, back in the era of primitive capital accumulation, to secure tax breaks from the state. Only then were household computer equipment and electronics imported, as well as alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. Dovbenko’s thinking is not simplistic. Instead of home computers ─ mining farms, instead of alcohol ─ cryptocurrency.

Let’s hit agriculture with blockchain!

Quite unexpectedly, the venture investor showed up at the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Forum, where he joined the voices in support of lifting the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land. The lawyer had never previously been interested in the agricultural sector. Bitcoin and Ethereum don’t grow in Ukrainian fields. Farmers prefer tractors and combines to blockchain. The reason for this blazing passion is simple. While touting the advantages of blockchain for maintaining various registries, including those storing property rights data—a crucial aspect for a professional lawyer—Dovbenko quite rightly points out the impossibility of changing recorded data retroactively. Blockchain truly eliminates the possibility of the kind of fraud Dovbenko and Deputy Minister Pavlo Moroz perpetrated, easily reversing registration actions recorded on paper. A swindler who earned his stripes with his signature corporate raiding method now sings the praises of blockchain as a reliable method for combating registration raiding, while remaining silent about something else entirely. Falsification can be carried out at the initial stage, even before the data is entered into the distributed storage system. Once the transaction data is entered, it can no longer be “chopped out with an axe or crossed out with a pen.” Ukraine’s agricultural sector has long been a hotbed for corporate raiding. All that remains is to liberalize legislation and simplify the procedure for the transfer of agricultural land to the extreme. Apparently, Andriy Dovbenko is seriously preparing to enter the real estate market, armed to the teeth with new technologies and a wealth of experience from his recent past.
